At GIBBON, we want you to be fully satisfied with your slackline gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused slackline equipment and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
